ABOUT
CATASTROPHE GIGS
Catastrophe Gigs was established as a response to the aftermath of the catastrophic impact Covid-19 had upon the music industry. At a time where the arts had suffered more than any industry, an inclusive platform for performers and creatives to collaborate was born.
We are passionate about live music. Our mission is to provide a more meaningful social experience, and to aid a greater appreciation and perceived value towards local music. We’re focused on supporting the capability of Australian artists to create new works by providing a platform for their distribution and reach.

The innovative nature of Catastrophe Gigs has enabled musical experimentation across multiple genres of music including Rock, Pop, Ska, Metal, Emo, Punk and Indie. The stage is not merely a mechanism to promote musical talent, but a podium for the freedom of expression of distinctive voices and ideologies.
